You make email us for any problems when you receive your item.
When we do mail your product out, the USPS has full responsibility of your package, once it leaves our shop.
We never ship in a "Soft Envelope" We always ship it in a box. Be sure to look @ the size of the Wrath or arrangement, for demensions for your box to receive your correct shipping cost.
